In discussions here in Midland, it will be misdemeanor “Breach of Peace” (a real regulation!). Not sure if the State has a BoP statute but, that will be the enforcement mechanism locally.

BoP is sufficiently vague enough to give them discretion in how they enforce.

I do see an issue with using BoP. Just like your neighbor can call the cops when your party gets loud at night. This will allow such snitching by any party that observes you doing normal activities [that they are jealous of...].

I dont believe it would stand in court. How is it a breach of peace if I go to someones house? How is it a breach of peace if I go to work?

Very difficult to enforce in court if you are not really doing anything that imposes on others.
