I dont believe it would stand in court. How is it a breach of peace if I go to someones house? How is it a breach of peace if I go to work?

Very difficult to enforce in court if you are not really doing anything that imposes on others.

It won’t stand in court.
LEO is willing to bet on you not wanting to hire a lawyer and go to a court in 6-8 months to challenge a $75 fine and an infraction that doesn’t matter much more than a traffic ticket.
