Although I think the order was to use something to scare people, tank the market a little and create some unemployment, oh and just enough to get the the Barr investigations shut down for a while. (Which three months ago, after the impeachment fiasco failed was every Democrats Christmas wish list). But the Wuhan was deadlier than they bargained for.
China’s wish list would have been to get the protesters off the streets, stop the tariff negotiations, and keep Trump from being re-elected.
