I just wish Trump would just say "Rephrase your question so it's not a gotcha question and I'll come back to you". Or "Ask your question with a sermon at the beginning and I'll get back to you". A few rounds of skipping people like that should make them ask better questions.

From listening to a news conference last week my thought was he’s reducing the restrictions of the Affordable Health Care Act.
Remembering the Medical Device tax in the Affordable Health Care Act too, same Democrats who passed and/or supported the law are now angry about scarcity of Medical supplies...?
My observation is Donald Trump now deserves some credit for revolutionizing Health Care and Medical access in ways the Affordable Health Care Act couldn’t and/or wouldn’t. Just wouldn’t fit the media narrative though...
