- For all febrile (fever) patients who come to consult us, to carry out tests for the diagnosis of infection with Covid 19;
- For all infected patients, many of whom are not very symptomatic, have lung lesions on CT scan, we propose, at the earliest stage of the disease, as soon as the diagnosis is made:
- a treatment with the combination of hydroxychloroquine (200 mg x 3 per day for 10 days) + Azithromycin (500 mg on the 1st day then 250 mg per day for 5 more days); as part of the precautions for use of this combination (including an electrocardiogram on Day0 and Day2). In cases of severe pneumonia, a broad-spectrum antibiotic is also used.

TEVA Pharms makes generics of both PQL and AZT and is donating 6 million doses to US starting now to the end of March. Azithromycin is not in short supply, and is not particularly hard to make (Israeli firm TEVA Pharms makes a generic of AZT too, as do about 10 other companies).Very good, should be awesome for results.The French won the battle and maybe the war. Macrolide antibiotics such as Zithromax bind to a subunit on a cells ribosome and prevent the synthesis of messenger RNA and inhibit the production of the proteins necessary to form the membrane of a bacteria. Now in the case of a bacteria, which is capable of reproducing itself the antibiotic essentially penetrates the bacteria, kills it or at least prevents its reproduction.
Viruses are not capable of reproducing themselves unless they take over viable cells of their host. The virus, in the case of COVID-19 an RNA virus, takes over the cells machinery, inserting its nucleic acid into the genome of the cell and then actually directs the host cell to reproduce numerous complete new viruses, until the host cell dies and then those new viruses infect , take over other host cells, continue to replicate. The process continues until the host’s immune system defeats the virus or in the case of very virulent viruses such as COVID-19, the host dies. Just why Zithromax may disrupt the replications of the RNA COVID-19 virus may be that it alters ribosome function in some way inhibiting the virus infected cell from producing messenger RNA that is critical for the virus to replicate.
This is speculation. There have been some reports in the past that Zithromax may have some anti-viral activity. If it turns out to work, there is little doubt it will be studied extensively and scientists will get a better idea on just how it works.

Of course, NO ONE in the Canadian MSM bother to report the results from AUS and other locales, on the efficacity of quinine based drugs in combatting the CCP-Coronavirus. Meanwhile, here in Kanadahar, hydrochloroquine, chloroquine and quinine are all prescription drugs.
Canadians might take heart since the French are gung-ho on this class of drug, I’m sure that True-dope will follow suit. NOT because of results in other countries but because the French are doing it.
Dr Fauci is a 79 year old bureaucrat employed in a risk-adverse government service job since 1984. People are dying, and they and their loved ones can choose whether to try this treatment.
Now is the time for serious prayers of God’s children for the blessing of this treatment. Thousands of lives depend on it.
