409 is great stuff for cleaning. But remember that killing bacteria and killing viruses are two entirely different things because they are entirely different forms of life.

Something can "kill 100% of germs" (if they mean bacteria) and not touch viruses except peripherally by accident. And vice versa.

For example, antibiotics are worthless against viruses.

A virus is a piece of protein and not even alive, although it is capable of replicating itself with the help of a living host. So is it a germ and can it be killed?

Except possibly azithromycin (with Hydroxychloroquine) might help to fight against Covid-19.
