“Plus, a COVID-19 positive swab test result does you, as an individual, no good”

It could save your life and many others that you might infect.

Plus making this situation last longer.

Yep. They said it can take up to 14 days to show any symptoms, you made them wait 21 days with temperate checks for fever and found none.

After seeing how self centered many people are, I wouldn’t let them out. I have friends that joined the toilet paper frenzy and are now hoarding bread. Still going out. One was really p.o.’d that she can’t get her nails done. I was shocked ,these people should know better, but no, it’s all about them.

They have already done the quarantine as asked and are asymptomatic after 2 weeks. For Pete’s sake let them go home!

Maybe we should call it the Tourist Plague.

Enough with this BS. We are all going to get this thing eventually anyway and if they survived it, let them go home.

How does it save your life? Do you get some special pill?

I don’t see the benefit other than so the government can have better stats and the liberal media can keep inciting the panic.

You get sick, you test positive, the doctor tells you, “Congrats! You have COVID-19! Now go home, cough up a storm, and I hope you’re still breathing next week!” That’s exactly what they tell you. There is no treatment or cure for this virus.

I am sure there are people here cheering them on. But if it is known they were probably exposed not having the testing should not be an option.

14 days is not enough with virus anyways. Not in all cases. And if they are passing it back and forth then it is no where near enough.

Medical testing against the will of a human subject is something out of Nazi Germany. The people on this website advocating for this sh!t should go somewhere else like DU where totalitarian rule is written into the DNA of the losers who hang out there.

Err on the side of caution.

It’s highly likely they were exposed. There are anecdotal reports that this thing can sometimes exceed the 14 days incubation.

They should take the tests for safety sake, for themselves and the sake of everyone else they will come in contact to.

I really don’t understand their objection to the test, unless they are worried they will test positive. And that implies they might be hiding symptoms.

If i had finished a 2 week quarantine asymptomatic there is no way i would take a test that could extend it longer. There are plenty of people in the community with it already that did not have to quarantine as these folks did. They have done what was asked of them and should be allowed to go home.

They are worried they will test positive and be held in quarantine for even longer. There is no cure for this infection. As with any virus, it simply must run its course until someone develops a natural immunity to it.

Easy peasy. No test? Back to that beautiful ship you go.
