Why isn’t using the antibody-laden serum from infected people who have recovered the answer? What a vaccine does in stimulate your body to produce antibodies against the virus. Serum from a patient does the exact same thing. What am I missing?

Because that’s a movie myth. Out here in reality it just don’t work that way. Not against viruses. Poisons it kinda does, if you process it right. How your body beats a virus isn’t transferable.
