Insider trading is when critical information about a corporation affecting its stock value is about to be made and is deliberately withheld from the public view to gain financial advantage. Which may get released long after executing the stock sale or purchase.
It didn’t happen here. If any of the critics here were an elected somebody in that position after learning in a public discussion they could lose big money and they’re expected to be unable to act on that information and lose money because they are an elected somebody, is expecting a bit too much.
Almost all of the corruption by D’s&R’s have been secret deals being made with both China and Russia which involve changing a US regulation or trading impediments on market outlets.
I hear calls for resignation and I don’t get it. Why aren’t there calls for prosecution and conviction?

He sold his stock in February when most political persons, business and leaders and the media knew there was a problem in Wuhan. They knew there was a problem but not all there was to know. It was developing. How can that be insider trading???
From the PJ Media article, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) has a defensible out. He *owned* the plastics company he was selling shares in. It was a plan he’s had for years to liquidate his holdings in the company since he was elected senator. Fortuitous timing.

We have spent three years of the press trying to take down the president. I suspect that it was prudent to sale stock and park the cash as the press was bent on crashing the market.
They are all lying. And should be made to donate their ill gotten gains + salary to the Recovery Funding. Then kicked to freshman status, and whatever else goes with Ethics Violations. They betrayed President Trump and all Americans.
How can they claim insider trading?? Burr’s stock transaction occurred February 13. Here are some headlines from January:
January 14: WHO said there may have been human-to-human transmission of the virus, Reuters reported.

January 23: Wuhan is finally locked down, even though about 5 million people had already left the city without being screened by that time.
January 31: President Trump Bans Travel from China, Orders 1st Quarantine in 50 Years
This is a non-story, as all of them seem to have 3rd-party investment firms actually doing their trading for them. So long as they didn’t direct their traders based on inside information, there is no violations.

Senator Loeffler is 15 years younger than her husband...Whatever...My friend married a woman who is 10 years younger than he.

Georgia wanted Collins to get the senate spot instead of that woman.... and surely now, Kemp is regretting being so stubborn in giving it to that woman.... he was wrong and everyone tried to tell him...
Collins is the very BEST there is in Washington... and he deserves the senate seat he wanted.. he plans to run for it.. and she doing this, gives Collins some things to work with...
