Was wondering if a lot of the people who get nasty on this site and claim we are panicking...are of the younger generation.
I am not panicking. I am well prepared.
And now I just hope for the best sitting on my well supplied arsenal of n95 masks to survive the Wuhan Apocalypse.
If any mayor, governor or president ever told me to shut my business down over this, Id tell them to go f#%& themselves.
That is a good question.
Just because I am prepared and not taking any unnecessary risks, does NOT mean I am *panicking*.
However, I've noticed that many people like to feel superior to others and they do that by falsely accusing them of things and mocking them, and then setting themselves up as an example of what life SHOULD look like.
Yeah, seen that too, along with all the other TEOTWAWKI scenarios.
And honestly, my prepping is not to survive the flu. It's to survive the general populace's reaction to the crisis du jour.
I had a stash of N95 masks I used for working on my project boat. Last year I was going through so many of them I was cleaning and re-using. This winter I restocked in anticipation of getting more work done. I donated my masks today. Fire department and home health. I have a couple left.
