Italy’s death toll from the coronavirus has overtaken China’s as authorities in Rome announced 427 new fatalities in the past 24 hours, taking the country’s total to 3,405 – more than the 3,245 recorded in China, where the outbreak began late last year.
As European governments struggle to contain the rapidly spreading epidemic and China, for the first time, reported no new cases, the Civil Protection Agency said on Thursday that the total number of infections in Italy rose to 41,035 from 35,713 – a near 15% increase....
Italy has reported soaring rates of cases and deaths, including a record daily high of 475 on Wednesday. An army spokesman confirmed on Thursday that soldiers had removed bodies from the northern town of Bergamo, where funeral services are overwhelmed.

Yep. No way Italy has more deaths than China with half the reported cases. These lying filthy Chicoms need to pay big time.
Italy - who’s socialist healthcare system could barely keep up with the needs of the nation, even with NO pandemic or emergency issues.
They already practiced a form of rationing even before this.
They hesitated on shutting down travel INTO the country, even as the rest of the world began shutting it down.
They limited testing to those most seriously showing signs.
Italy will long stand as the model of how NOT to respond to such a pandemic.
And sadly, many here in the US are still using Italy as the “standard” to scare poeple into ongoing panic mode.

Somebody should ask how accurate their testing is or if they are even testing at all. I recall reading that they were having the seasonal flu at the same time this broke out.
I wonder if they’re inflating the numbers, intentionally or through ineptitude. If intentionally, possibly to get money from the EU; if by ineptitude, just Italian.
How many hundreds of thousands of CHINESE work in their country - garment industry that had been allowed to leave CHINA knowing their was a health issue in CHINA by the CCP!
What % of the Italian economy does the Chinese now control? Circumstances are playing a big role here. Also with Italy no longer really being a country it is a mere second class puppet colony of the EU...no outside Italy really cared about them!
