I work for a medical facility in a non clinical role. I could easily work from home. I’m 62. I’m still required to come in to work.
Either the threat is overblown, or my employer is trying to reduce retirement costs.

I’m 65 and still work (now at home). I’m not overly concerned right now, but I do take precautions.

if you have any kind of comorbidities your employer probably needs to let you WFH as an ADA accommodation
