Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) proposed giving every housing in America a check for $2,000 each month as part of a laundry list of recommendations to curb the impacts of the coronavirus outbreak.
Speaking from his presidential campaigns headquarters in Burlington, Vt., Sanders outlined a $2 trillion list of proposals he would bring to the Democratic leadership that is centered around protecting workers in various industries.
We need to provide a direct $2,000 cash payment to every household in America for the duration of the crisis to provide them with the assistance they need to pay their bills and take care of their families, Sanders said in the middle of his lengthy list of propositions.

Too late, Lazybutt. It will probably be $1000 and tax relief of some sort. You are not the PRESIDENT so you have no say.
That cheap bastard.
$2560.00 to every American or its a scam!
What a cheapskate!
Why not two million?
Then we could ALL be rich!
Bernie never had a real job! Vermonters are so gullible.
Yangs idea first
He can just get Bloomberg to pay everyone $1 million.
I hear you and I raise you..well..$2700 to every American.
Reminds me of the old joke:
OL: How much is your chicken
Butcher: Our chicken is 15 cents a pound....
OL That’s robbery...Roth’s Market has Chicken for ten cents a pound...
Butcher: Go buy Roth’s chicken...
OL: They are out of chicken...
Butcher: Okay then...when I am out of Chicken, my chicken will be 8 cents a pound...
So what is Bernie going to do? He’s at best half a year from getting elected and another few months from getting sworn in...then having to deal with congress, etc....This is the worst example of pandering that I have seen in a long time...
“$2700 to every American.”
Yes, Bob, I bid $2,701.
I want a bajillion dollars.
I’ll take mine in gold.
Bernie, why not $10,000? Biden would propose giving out $150,000,000 to everyone, as that would correspond to the number of people killed by gun violence since... since... uh... when that last president, what’s his name was in office.
We want ten clams. Youse guyze better pay up or we’ll stomp youse.
Just take it out of Bloomberg's stash. A million for every American.
I’m surprised that The Burn doesn’t want to just put a moratorium on health care fees.
Whatever POTUS proposes the Democrats will demand more. I’m sure he’s factored that into the negotiations.
Piker! I want $10,000! Gimme!!
