Not sure is a lawsuit is in order, but they should get some sort of wrongful prosecution challenge somewhere in their, certainly enough to cover all legal expenses to fight this bogus charge.

If I was the 2 Russian companies, I would say hell no! They are preventing discovery that they commited a fraud upon the court and the American people, plus attempted to destroy their reputations. Now they just want to Emily LaTellaing the charges to the court with “Nevermind!” Screw that. Go in for the kill! Rooting for the commies on this one!

This is the case where the defendant actually showed up in court and argued that the defendant company didn’t even exist at the time it was indicted.
When the defense did not waive a speedy trial, the prosecutors said they couldn’t be ready in time to met the speedy trial requirement because they had over a terabyte of documents to review; and, they had to be translated because they were in Russian.
No wonder the defense attorney was making an ass out of the federal prosecutors, and even the judge.
No doubt the hyenas on the Muller team got in their billable hours.
I hope something comes of this. I've been saying all along there isn't anything false about Pizza Gate! NOTHING. They got caught red handed by their own emails and pictures.
Mueller left his congressional testimony with many people thinking he suffers from dementia. This could be easily dispelled by doing a round of talk shows wherein he shows his mental acuity. But it seems he has disappeared, unlike Biden.
So the motion to dismiss covers the only party that showed. If the rest show at some point will the DOJ file a motion to dismiss them as well?

These Ruskies were charged in an extremely public notification at a time when Mueller’s ‘investigation’ was going absolutely nowhere. They had to promote the Russian angle, keep the investigation interest high, and since all the accused were foreigners, they never believed anyone would come forth, or at least not come forth, for quite some time.
