The complaint said Phelps sent Schiff’s office a “threatening communication” through his schedule-a-meeting website in November.
“You little c---sucker I want to come and see you so I can spit in your face and I want to kill you with my bare hands and smash your sick little round fat lying face in,” the message said. “You had better hope I never meet up with you mother f---er.”
The message was signed by “Robert M. Phelps Republican.”
The email included Phelps’s full name, address, phone number, and email.

So U.S. Attorney John Durham has finally secured an indictment. Thought he was busy tracking down the criminal investigators that targeted candidate and then President Donald J. Trump. Guess I was fooled yet again.
Was reported a while ago that Durham had hired a bunch of Democrat prosecutors. This news pretty much confirms that rumor.
Strange how they can make threats in congress but not the inverse. Guess the little people don’t count.

So Durham’s got enough time on his hands to chase some loudmouth who I’m certain was never any real threat to pencil-neck?

I’m not sure that qualifies as a threat though saying “with my bare hands” does suggest the means to do it. If he said “I want to blow you up with a hellfire missile” that would be near impossible - unless he had a hellfire missile. Threat, motive, and means are, afaik, all part of what constitutes a legitimate threat.

Why would anyone expect anything else at this point?
