Mitt Romney called on the federal government to send every adult $1,000 immediately to help cope financially with the economic damage caused by the spread of the coronavirus.
Every American adult should immediately receive $1,000 to help ensure families and workers can meet their short-term obligations and increase spending in the economy, Romney, a Utah Republican senator and 2012 presidential nominee, said in a statement.

Yeah but you know this $1000 is going to be taxed as usual so you would probably end up with enough to buy a Squier Affinity used.
And Bernie calls for Romney to send $1000 check to every American.
And for Bloomberg to send a $1,000,000 check to every American, since if he can spend $500,000,000 on a campaign, he can afford to send $1,000,000 to 350,000,000 Americans!
That’s Dem Math!
It’s truly amazing just how generous leftists are with other people’s money!

Why, so they can take the family to Disneyland?
I think Romney should send every American $1000 as compensation for his being a jackass...”
Lol
Pick up some beer at the liquor store before those get closed down!
You really voted against Obama, not for Mitt. I know I did.
Might as well buy a few packs of strings.
Why not $100,000?
Why don’t they just follow the Katrina Solution. Send every woman a purse and every man a coupon for a free lap dance. It saved New Orleans..
Terrible idea. Anyone who watched the Scrooge McDuck episode where Scrooge lost all his paper money out of the door of an armored truck knows why. It will instantly raise prices, and prices will be sticky on the way back down. In this case, it screws over any savers of small amounts fiat, in favor of the owners of stocks and real estate (multimillionaires and up, for the most part). Congress might approve, as the movers in Congress are already in the multimillionaire class, including Mitt Romney.
What happened in the McDuck episode is that everybody who found/stole the money quit work, while McDuck and nephews worked overtime. Before long, McDuck had all his money back, all the thieves/finders were broke again, and had to beg for their old jobs back.
if everything is closed what good is money.
The Mormons have so much food I imagine they can sell some of it, at a nice markup, of course. Hmmm...
send every adult a dollar.
If you are really looking for a great guitar and don’t have the bucks, check out Sweetwater. They let you pay it off over 3 years no interest. A friend of mine bought a Gretsch country gentleman from them for 3 grand last year and he got in immaculate condition and he’s already got just $800 left on it, he just pays the minimum and if he’s got extra bucks he pays a few hundred more. I’m thinking of buying the 12 string, this thing played live must sound awesome beyond belief.....
Better to raise wages on people who are working, and encourage younger people to fill the slots, as the risk/reward is better. Home delivery is already a thing in urban areas Grub/Amazon for things near and far.
Mittens, you have enough money From Bain Capital To give $1000 Per month to support five counties in New York for Out of work bartenders and employees.
Emperor Bloomberg has enough to give $1000 checks forever to every restaurant employee in America and their children for 50 years.
They dont want it. You can both go to hell. They just want to work and have dignity.
Also I’m left handed, so guitar shops usually have next to nothing for me to check out, all in electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. Even if I want to check out a pedal, sometimes I can’t because there’s literally not a single lefty to play.
Have mittens buy it for you. He’s being generous today. But, I gotta tell you, I bought a knock off Tele from our friends of the virus for less than $200.00. Took awhile to get here but, new strings, locking tuners and it was ready to go. Good action, sounds good but oddly Les Paul heavy. Weird. Anyway, dhgate.com.
