Eager to join the rest of the media in politicizing the coronavirus, on Monday’s CBS Late Show, liberal host Stephen Colbert sought to use the disease to attack President Trump.
Colbert commenced the thrashing session with an opening monologue in which he skewered Trump over his response to the coronavirus:

I can remember when comedians used to be funny.
Actually, I’d love to see people like him unwilling to walk the streets because they fear that no one would recognize them.
If Donald Trump came up with a 100% cure for the virus, Leftist mouthpiece-whores like Colbert would criticize him for putting legitimate medical researchers out of work and practicing medicine without a license.
There is nothing Trump could do in response to this crisis that the Left wouldn’t harshly criticize. They are embarrassing themselves even more than usual lately.
Tomorrow night’s monologue has been leaked. Here’s the script: “I hate Republicans”.
Nobody watching Colbert voted for Trump in 2016 and none will vote for him in 2020.
I wouldn’t know Colbert had a show except for posts like this one.

Colbert - the news voice Millennials trust the most. Whatever he says is taken as gospel. It’s easier than reading. :)
Antenna TV airs nightly reruns of old Johnny Carson shows.
They absolutely blow away anyone currently in that biz in terms of entertainment content.
Carson was smart enough to distribute his political barbs to both sides of the aisle.
