The evidence was a lineup of women near and far who recounted some horrific rapes.
Hillary most upset this got out.

I’m unsure how a conviction could stand based only on recollections. Physical evidence is apparently no longer needed to get a sexual assault conviction.
Nope. Was a total he said she said as far as I know. I think he’s a pig and probably guilty but had I been on the jury I would have never convicted him based on what I’ve heard with no evidence. Dangerous precedent.

His own admissions of wrongdoing were instrumental in corroborating the testimony of his accusers.
His quizzical press release some time back that he denied all of the accusations for his behavior yet was entering therapy for the same behavior didn’t help.
Harvey stated in his own emails —from 2 years ago—”many” of the accusations were false. Meaning at least “some” of them were true.
That said, I remain perplexed as to why the prosecution chose the particular witnesses who did testify. One said she carried on an extended “relationship” with the rapist.
Listen to the podcast by the couple who wrote the Gosnell book that became a movie. Ann McEIhinney and Phelim McAleer. They were excellent. They sat in the courtroom each day then brought the real transcript testimony to the podcast via actors. It was riveting.
Harvey was a pig but see for yourself how much “evidence” was real or should have warranted a guilty plea. I’m serious. You wouldn’t want these women going after you. They wrote love letters to him a saw him for years! Proven. One of them sent hundreds of emails and willingly had a relationship with him. So...there’s that.

Taking out the trash......I also wonder about all of the women who knew the “deal” when in a room with him? Of course the “you are blaming women” idiots will come out but the industry is a cesspool and everybody knows it. #MeToo is a farce. The cesspool lectures us,tried to destroy Trump and Kavanaugh and constantly tell us how we need to vote and live our lives while swimming in the cesspool and becoming incredibly wealthy. I believe it is a rare phenomenon that Epstein and Weinstein were actually let to go to justice.
There was plenty of evidence that he solicited sex in exchange for money and jobs, which is a crime, but that’s not what they charged him for.
For some strange reason, they didn’t charge any of the women who accepted his offers with prostitution, even though that is also a crime.
