I’m unsure how a conviction could stand based only on recollections. Physical evidence is apparently no longer needed to get a sexual assault conviction.
The medical unit is likely in his future. He’s going to be safe, relatively speaking. His health will not permit him in general population.
Really? I assume that when these horrific rapes occurred, the victims went directly to the authorities, and that's where the evidence came from ... not simply from the say-so of those doing the recounting, years and years after the fact.

The biggest problem for the DA in NYC was deciding how to use the evidence compiled. It was a mountain of evidence.
If you look back in recent years, it was the worst kept secret in Hollyweird. There were jokes about the dangerous Harvey made on TV.
