I’m not a fan of this concept of, “It can’t happen because it’s never happened”. Frankly this is kind of a lazy article from the usually dependable Byron York.
The fact of the matter is that it’s going to be a close race. Joe Biden could be mentally far worse than he is now and still get 46% of the vote. We are going to have to scrape and claw keep trump in office.

It’s a stupid , upside-down argument that starts with a conclusion and then cherry-picks random facts to support it.
There was a lot of this that happened when Obama was running:
* Never had a non-white as President.
* Never had a president with only two years of federal office experience, aside from military generals.
* Never had a president with an exotic last name (all before were WASP-ish surnames).
There were also some nevers before Trump was elected, too.
