The judges appear to have enough time on their hands to do everyone’s job. It would be nice if they would channel that hubris into working for the DOT fixing roads.

I’m not surprised given that it’s California but this is not the court’s business and there is no such thing as social justice for a court to consider.

1. It's not a "homeless crisis" - it's a drug addiction crisis that liberals have created by legalizing drugs, tolerating open drug use, and handing out billions of free needles.

2. This judge needs to be immediately removed, but no one will lift a finger.
