Ok, I’ve been on the side of everybody is blowing this out of proportion. However, what the hell is going on? I would expect this level of medical safety equipment for the Ebola virus, not a flu virus. Did this hospital just go to the extreme to be safe or are we not getting the full story?

We don't know what we are dealing with yet. People are getting re-infected and keeling over within hours of presentation of symptoms.

There are also indications that it causes long term damage to the lungs and heart. So, for all the "just a flu" folks... you may get over it quickly and then a few years down the line end up with a serious respiratory/cardiovascular problem.

It also has a long incubation period, stays active on surfaces for up to 8 days (current estimate), has a decent number of asymptomatic carriers, and is very transmissible. and don't take my word for it... several researchers have publicly claimed it's an engineered virus... bioweapon.

This is THE official facility where they’re testing possible drugs and doing COVID19 research. Not sure if it’s deferal but if not, they’re working with the feds. It’s been in the fedgov covid task force pressers.

Nobody knows how bad this is. BUT - at least for firefighters, etc. in my area (Seattle), if they were in contact with any infected people, they have been put on quarantine.

So these doctors and medics might just be wanting to make sure they don’t get sent into quarantine. Won’t make much difference how many hospital beds there are if no doctors are around.
