British ex-spy Christopher Steele declined to give an interview with U.S. Attorney John Durham's review of the Russia investigation.

I don’t get this. US Attorney Durham is now conducting a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION. That gives him subpoena power and the last I knew, England and America have an extradition treaty.
Demand the British government extradite him. If they refuse, that means the British government was involved. (it was)
And Stefan Halper is an American citizen. He should be immediately grabbed by the US government.

Quite true. I have also had lower level people spill the beans at the end of a long deposition in response to open ended questions due to being less experienced and disciplined as liars under oath.
