...cited “inconsistencies” between his statements about the report when it was secret and its actual contents that turned out to be more damaging to President Donald Trump.

Reggie is a moron.

I guess this judge forgot that Mueller hired 19 hard core Hil LIAR y doners and supporters to investigat Trump and they could not come up with a single charge against him with two years efforts and many millions of dollars spent.

Now that is one big total failure for the left wingers coup attempt.

The only real justice would be to find out each and every person behind this coup attempt and toss all their asses in prison for ever and ever. Make sure they all live out their days in a super max with no human contact.

But lefty judges are still trying to promote the lies of the left.

Maybe he too had something to do with the coup?

I’m more than tired of the left wingers lies, it is time for our system to hold them accountable and get some pay back.

You cannot get protected information through a FOIA suit whether classified or otherwise sensitive. The statutory language is clear.

The suit was to determine if the redacted parts should be released. Yhe judge had no reason to put any of this crap in the ruling.

Judge Reggie Walton said Barr could not be trusted and cited “inconsistencies” between his statements about the report when it was secret and its actual contents that turned out to be more damaging to President Donald Trump.

The article, of course, didn’t even hint at an example.

Chicago Tribune, showing a story by the NYTimes.

I don’t have clarity coming out of this story.

I probably need to go back to requests by the Electronic Privacy Information Center and by Jason Leopold, for the background.

From Wikipedia on Judge Reggie Walton:

“Walton won a football scholarship to get his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia State College in 1971, and then a Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University in 1974.

“Walton presided over the trial of Vice President Dick Cheney’s former chief of staff, Scooter Libby. On March 6, 2007, the jury convicted Libby of four of the five counts with which he was charged: two counts of perjury, one of obstruction of justice, and one of making false statements to federal investigators.[6] On June 5, 2007, Walton sentenced Libby to 30 months in federal prison and a fine of US$250,000, and, subsequently, he ordered that Libby report to jail without bail pending any appeals.

“Walton rejected the release of Hillary Clinton criminal indictment drafts prosecutors prepared, but never issued, during the Whitewater investigation in the 1990s. He ruled that Clinton had a “substantial privacy interest” when he rejected a Judicial Watch lawsuit under FOIA.”

Bias anyone???
