ROSWELL, N.M. — A migrant in the United States illegally will serve nine years in prison after pleading no contest to second-degree murder in the shooting death of a co-worker a Roswell-area ranch.
Jose Dominguez was sentenced Wednesday in the 2018 killing of 46-year-old Luciano Sifuentes, a fellow migrant from Mexico, the Roswell Daily Record reported.

On a Serious note, 9 years sounds a little soft.
It would be great to have them serve time in their home country and save the money but we would have no way of knowing how fast they were let out
It just might have been pre-emptive self-defense, as the perp claims. But it’s hard for me to bend over backwards seeing his point of view here when both parties are illegals.
When I lived in that area we had a different term for “illegal aliens”. It began with a Wet-—k.
But, that was 60 years ago.
