President Donald Trump responded to Democrat Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer’s (D-NY) threat against Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday by saying that “serious” and immediate action needed to be taken against Schumer.
“This is a direct & dangerous threat to the U.S. Supreme Court by Schumer,” Trump tweeted. “If a Republican did this, he or she would be arrested, or impeached. Serious action MUST be taken NOW!”
Trump’s remarks came after Schumer threatened the Supreme Court Justices earlier in the day while speaking at a far-left pro-abortion rally near the Supreme Court.
“Republican legislatures are waging a war on women, all women, and they’re taking away fundamental rights,” Schumer said. “I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Now Schumer has legitimized this type of attack.
And against Judges on the Supreme Court!
He did it to Trump early on. Nothing happened.

Hillary will be on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” tonight at 11:30 ish on NBC. Don’t care to see her but if she does announce anything earth shattering or incredibly stupid I’d rather not hear it second or third hand.

Imagine if someone said this to a judge during a regular trial.
That the judge will regret it, won’t know what hit him, if he rules the wrong way.
He’d be arrested.

All federal judges are protected by the US Marshalls service. They are “officers of the court” and responsible directly to judges for many of their actions.
New York has a “Red Flag” law, it went into effect last August. As law enforcement officers US Marshalls have standing to seek a court petition to remove any firearms that senator Schumer might own from the senator’s possession.
Use the libs own stupidity against them.

Anyway, while I believe that nothing significant will happen, I also believe that Trump's statements have drawn attention to Schumer's errant remarks.
It'll be interesting to see if similar remarks were made to/about Scalia just prior to his untimely passing...
But since it's a democrat, well that's ok.
I'm 57, in good shape, and I'd like the bridge of Schumer's nose to meet the knuckles on my right hand.
It'll never happen of course, but hey ... I can dream right?
