Obviously an ignorant person who knows nothing about either natural selection or history. If his theory was correct there would be vast communities of Jewish people thriving in Poland and the rest of Europe. The tragedy is that they have been nearly driven to extinction by racist eugenic theories like thie.

I was helping mentor a group of college students about 15 years ago. One of the girls, a 2nd generation Polish-American from the upper midwest - very smart and motivated student - was absolutely flabbergasted that Poles in the US were ever the objects of ethnic jokes. I was stunned.

These were essentially the things the Nazis mentioned at Wannsee to justify the “Final Solution”.

There was a huge argument as to whether or not to include Half-Jews in the Final Solution. The reasoning was that if you allow Jews that have some “superior” German blood to remain, those who aren’t killed would someday become a “Super Race”, and that therefore Half Jews should be included in the Final Solution.

I don't see any reference to Auschwitz in this quote. He is referring to pogroms. At the very least the headline is midleading.

Please do not attack me as being a nut-job. I'm just reading the actual quote and it does not comport with the headline.

He also sends a warning to "anti-Semites". Whether the warning is sympathetic or antithetic I cannot say. I just have a thing for accuracy.

While I do not like the messenger, Jewish pogroms were about killing Jews, not telling jokes about them. Jewish people in Europe and in the Muslim world faced severe persecution for over a thousand years and that had to have some affect on weeding out the simple minded. During the Holocaust it was mostly the smartest, toughest minded, and healthiest that survived.

Not only did the persecution create a genetic effect it also made the Jewish people a tight-knit community. And no, I am not Jewish.
