As far as they know, the man never traveled overseas. This is what they call,a COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION.
The person who infected him has not been found yet.
Per the Daily Mail, the guy had recently been to Miami, FL. The article didn’t say, but presumably he flew on a plane.
