If every time an infected person comes into the hospital a couple dozen medical workers are sent to quarantine, who's left? Sounds like a quick way to get a few weeks paid leave at home, since I am sure they will get paid for that quarantine.

Theory: Rosenstein’s wife works for CDC, right? They hate PDJT. Dr Lieber of Harvard got paid by Chinese...CIA and government agencies want PDJT gone, as do the ChiComs. That guy in Washington state died, and no theory how he got virus. I predict more will not have a traceable route. What if CIA and deep state is using the willing CDC bad eggs to spread the virus. Maybe they know how to stop it but want to bring Doan PDJT first...or at least try to.
Why is that too far-fetched?
Leftists are looking to turn this virus into a biological weapon. A quiet suicide vest with which to terrorize and sew chaos.

It probably doesn’t much matter. From the things that I’ve read the sanitary conditions in Chinese hospitals aren’t much better than can be found on a San Francisco street.
