WASHINGTON (AP) Competent, a fighter, good. Old, out of touch, disingenuous. And, of course: Who's that?
As the 2020 campaign intensifies, a poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research asked Americans to say what word or phrase comes to mind when they think of the top candidates, including incumbent President Donald Trump.
Each received both positive and negative responses. In some cases, a sizable share didn't know enough about the candidate to give a description.
Here's a look at how Americans characterized the contenders:

However, one quote: "Still, some Republicans went negative, including calling him arrogant or a liar. probably quoting mitt the zit.
There a collection of shameless liars on the Left who tell pollsters they are Republican when they are not.
It been going on for decades. When talk radio started Rush use to call them “Seminar callers”. They were coached by various Leftist propaganda fronts, Like Moveon.org, to claim to be Republicans to sow discord in the GOP rank and file.

Yes, and old Dem trick they have been using for decades. It’s almost as if it is one of Alinky’s rules.
Interesting that the only time they gave no actual percentage (like 2 out of 10) was in discussing Democrats’ descriptions of Trump.
They said only “many”, followed by negative descriptions.
That was to hide positive Democrat descriptions of the president.
Trump: STRONG, ACTION-ORIENTED AND DECISIVE.
Dems: WEAK AND FECKLESS.
