Under Trump, America is less prepared for a coronavirus outbreak

The coronavirus that emerged from Wuhan, China, last year is causing alarm across the world, with fear that this could become the next pandemic. Late last month, the World Health Organization declared the virus, named COVID-19, a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern" and urged an immediate international response.

It advised its member states to put in place national preparedness plans and procedures for identifying and responding to any COVID-19 cases that might present. The death toll of more than 2,600 people far exceeds that of the SARS outbreak nearly 17 years ago.

Hmmm. Less prepared, how? He’s begun disentangling us from China economically, so we will be hit far less painfully than would have been the case prior to his administration. He is securing the borders. He is reducing our foreign military commitments. He imposed the earliest travel restrictions of anyone. And every step of the way he has been opposed by the Democrats.

Sounds like the Dems are the ones that are unprepared AND who don’t want us to be prepared.

When it comes to this disease, people with an agenda are out in force. The Democrats are starting to exaggerate the severity of this disease in order to blame it on Trump. People on the right are using the disease to clamp down on migration and the Chinese. Christians who are aghast at moral collapse may see the disease lurking in the Bible’s Book of Revelation. The public health socialists have an incentive to use the disease to justify their budgets.

This Coronavirus is NOTHING like the Asian Flu epidemic of 1957 was, nor even like the Polio scares prior to the vaccine! And people used to die/have serious problems from having the measles, before that vaccine!

And as many others have stated, MORE people have died from the regular Flu, this year!

I'd really like to know just WHAT President Trump could have done that he hasn't.
