For all that I see people complaining that Trump did not act fast enough, etc., I also remember how when the 2009 H1N1 pandemic happened, many people complained that it was much ado about nothing.

There is literally nothing the President can do that will satisfy everyone that he is doing the right thing. He is being cautious, which is good. Behind the scenes, a lot more is going on. If the coronavirus dies down at this point, no one is going to be accusing the president of not doing enough.

There really is not much to do in the US anyway, except to ensure preparedness. There are very few illnesses here. If that changes, then there is more to be done.
