In other words, the vast majority came from the cruise ship and the others were people coming back from China or had close contact with them.
Don’t ruin the good panic many are having here with numbers.
The only thing one must consider is Mexico.. The border, the drug flow ain't going to stop and that means lots of folks coming and going across the border... We haven't heard a word from Mexico or South America about the disease, and there are LOTS of Chinese traffic in that region.. BIG problem..!
Beginning in mid January 1000s of Chinese students returned from Winter Break in China to their American colleges. Perhaps 12,000 Chinese students in the Greater Boston area alone. Why has there been not even the hint of an outbreak in cities with large Chinese student populations? There has been enough incubation time. At least 30 days.
well those are pretty much the only people who can be tested under the cdc protocol.
