This Wednesday marks "Ash Wednesday," the day that starts the 40-day period (Lent) leading to Easter. Though my wife, Gena, and I are devoted Christians, we respect all people's First Amendment rights to choose their religious preferences. Unfortunately, that isn't the sentiment of our world or even a large majority in our country anymore.
Fox News reported this past year that: "The truth is, [religious] persecution is more prevalent and geographically dispersed than any other time in history. Approximately 215 million Christians worldwide experience very high to extreme persecution. Newsweek reported in January 2018 that 'the persecution and genocide of Christians across the world is worse today than at any time in history.'"
God and guns are what our country was founded upon. Any new student of the Revolutionary period quickly learns that. They are what keep us strong, or what should keep us strong. They are there for our defense.

A well armed society is a polite society
All three accounted for.
I have long believed that former military and other experts should set up a “Christian Defense Force”. Under diplomatic auspices, they would travel around the world helping oppressed
Christian communities with defensive support and training, and if necessary, evacuation.
Each situation would likely be very different, so would involve lots of planning and preparation. Passive defensive construction, lots of training for personal self defense and entrepreneurship, so they can continue to improve their own condition.
Improved communications, kidnapping avoidance, the list is very long.
We, are the only country that has a 1st and 2nd Amendment.
The rest need to grab their bootstraps, or right hand on left ear and left hand on right ear and pull until they hear the pp of their head out of their alimentary canal! It’s not our job!
