That’s exactly what has happened to “higher education.” Third-party money in the form of grants and loans destroyed the natural market forces that would have counteracted the impulse to constantly raise tuition. Whether homes, or education, or anything else, we all would be far better off if product pricing had to react to what people can afford to pay out of their own pockets. That would naturally occur if we could only resist the impulse to have now what we cannot currently afford.
Brilliant thinking. Biden half-wit just raised the median price of the average home by $15,000. My goodness these people are stupid. You would have thought they learned after making $40,000 college degrees cost $120,000 after making college more affordable?
