Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano reacted to the Harvey Weinstein verdict on “America’s Newsroom” Monday, calling it a "significant victory" for the disgraced movie producer and a "monumental setback" for prosecutors.
Weinstein, 67, was convicted of first-degree commission of a criminal sexual act and third-degree rape but was acquitted of two more serious charges of predatory sexual assault, as well as first-degree rape. The charges Weinstein was convicted of carry a total sentence of up to 29 years in prison.
“He’s still facing serious time," Napolitano said. "But, these are not the life sentences, the big ones the government wanted."

Weinstein has been long known to be a predator of young actresses. Glad he got some guilty verdicts. Can you name the celebrities and politicians that courted his favor and money?

I actually won’t waste my time paying any more attention to him know than I did before her was outed as a sub human monster.
The main thing is he will never have the life he did before because if he even LOOKS as if he will commit these same offenses he will be sued and the next time he actually may go away for life. His days of using his position as a ticket to free sex are over and in fact there will be countless women out there who will attempt to set him up in hopes of a pay day.
Like I said, his life is effectively over.
