The constitution is not applicable inside a maximum security penitentiary between prisoners

They have their own justice system and some prisoners refuse to live with child molestors

The staff should have kept em separated

But you’re also judging those of us who don’t have much truck with prisoners killing Chesters

I don’t deem the killer a saint and likely he’s in a good place for him...prison

But it’s prison for a reason

Staff should have segregated any child molestor

Shit happens. I know a few of them myself; it ain’t the ex-con being the problem, it’s the cons in the joint that are the problem - though in his case I could make an exception for his duty to society.

Wow, I'm sad for you. So, you missed out on all the classically trained rock geniuses, like Emerson Lake and Palmer (and many others that I can't recall at the moment). That's too bad for you.

Oh dear,"classically trained rock geniuses" is an oxymoron. Their music will DISAPPEAR. I used to listen to all that crap when I was in my teens and twenties. And I LOVED it!
My father always listened to classical music. He learned it from HIS father. So I heard it all my life. I GREW UP in my thirties and discarded the rock and roll as it seemed puerile.
I likened it to a three-year-old banging on pots and pans with his spoon.

We don't see daily, regular and huge performances of the "rock and roll" music from the 1950's, 60, 70's etc. There just isn't the demand. Classical music is heard and performed daily.
The music from the USA and Europe from the early 1900's doesn't even exist anymore except in library books.

This planet STILL attends performances of the CLASSICAL composers, Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Bach, Debussy, Haydn, Handel, Schubert, Wagner, Liszt, Verdi, Puccini, Schumann, Ravel, Rachmaninoff, Mendelssohn, Strauss, Dvorak, Berlioz, Vivaldi, Grieg,. Sibelius, Rossini, Saint-Seams. Bizet, Strauss II, Paganini...to name a few.

And the word is PLANET, not just the rock and roll of the USA and Europe. The famous tenor, Luciano Pavarotti, took opera to China, before China had ever heard "classically trained" tenors, etc., perform.
The Chinese LOVED him and now there are even a few Chinese opera singers. And it is WEIRD to SEE and listen to a Chinese basso, basso profundo, tenor or countertenor, performing the great operas.

By the time you are an old man, say 85, you will NOT hear your "classically trained" rock and rollers. You will hear NOTHING familiar but WILL prose on and on to the younger generation about the music YOU remember.

MEANWHILE, the famous composers of the 17th - 19th century will STILL be listened to AND performed ALL OVER THE WORLD.

I'm not sad for your lack of musical education. It is the NORM in this country. You are a product of your public school education. THIS country has never produced a MOZART and it never will. And that's okay.

However, THIS COUNTRY WENT TO THE MOON! THAT is an achievement that NO other country has done.

Google: The United States is the only country to have ever put people on the moon. However, Russia (the USSR), Japan, China, the European Space Agency, and India have all made visits to the moon via probes. Only 12 people have ever walked on the moon.

Bye-bye, blu

Whoa, triggered much? Let me set aside some of your presumptions, you do seem overly worried about my lack of the classics.

When I was a teenager, I was the only one, out of 7 kids, that mom would yell “turn that classical stuff down!”.

I taught myslef to play the piano, the flute, the trumpet and enough oboe to scare the neighborhood dogs. In my 50s, I took violin lessons...knowing that eventually my misspent youth would catch up with me and make my flute playing almost impossible.

Until our children were 7, their bedtime music was only classical. Rock n roll is for the car and the living room, the classics are for settlin’ down.

I can pick out and celebrate the classical tidbits and references in rock. I can appreciate ALL kinds of music (until I took up the violin, my “I hate this “ music was violin and clarinet. I’m still not sure about clarinet, except when it comes to Hebrew/Jewish music (for which I don’t know the proper name).

So, yep, you got me all sorts of beat when it comes to music theory and all the non-listening forms of music. I’m just glad I appreciate almost all types of music (still hate rap-but then, I am not the intended audience for that).

Heard any Beatles music lately? Rick Wakeman?

Good for you. Now that we've cleared that up you can go back to pretending that you matter.

What’s with the personal attacks?

Personal attacks as in the snarky Since you seem to be incapable of seeing this for yourself, I'll jump in type? I don't want to attack you. I don't want anything to do with you and if you hadn't have tried to show how brilliant you are I never would have. So let's just end it there and you won't ever have to worry about my attacks any more.

.....”Child predators cannot be changed”...

Sexual ‘predators’ in general can’t be changed...Short of a Devine Intervention.

Oh you did just fine, child predators are among the worst sexual predators as children have no defenses to fight back with... which is exactly why these demented and cowardly animals attack them.

Unfortunately in todays world there are far too many parents, and our society as a whole, who no longer protect our children.... who for this are equally guilty. Not to mention Hollywoods obsession with sexually enhanced trash they put out....including putting children in adult situations.
