The Bernie Sanders campaign sent information to voters that included propaganda imagery from Italian dictator Benito Mussolini's National Fascist Party.
A man pictured in the Sanders campaign leaflet sent to Nevada voters by mail ahead of the state's Feb. 22 Democratic caucuses wears a black shirt with white lettering saying, "SI SI SI" (translating to "YES YES YES"), and a white face under his tan suit jacket. The image is a recreation of propaganda that pictured a large Mussolini stone face on the facade of the National Fascist Party headquarters in Rome, the Palazzo Braschi.
Similar shirts and clothing with the image of Mussolini's head sell online for around $20.

The "SI SI SI" facade was propaganda for the 1934 election, in which electors could only vote "yes" or "no" on a list of candidates created by Mussolini.

I highly doubt that most of democrats voters know who Mussolini was. Hitler maybe. But Mussolini ? I don’t believe they have that level history knowledge

Well, that’s nothing. In 2012, the Democrat celebrated “military night“ at their convention with a gigantic backdrop depicting a flotilla of battleships out at sea. They did not take it down even after people in the Media started pointing out that it was actually a depiction of the Soviet navy, not the American. Oops!

I wouldn’t mind it if Bernie ended “up” (sidedown) like Mussolini and his wife. That’s what they used to do to traitors, communists (Ceaucesco and his wife more recently), and fascists (Mussolini, etc, esp. Nazi rulers of occupied European countries, unless they were shot on the spot as the Russians liked to do).
There once was a movie entitled “They Shoot Horses Don’t They?”.
I’d like an updated version entitled “They Shoot Traitors Don’t They?” Lots of candidates for target practice amongst the Democrat Party, esp. its “Progressive Caucus”.
