The San Francisco Giants have told Aubrey Huff, a key member of their 2010 World Series championship team, that he will not be welcomed back for a 10-year anniversary reunion at Oracle Park this season.
The Athletics Steve Berman and Dan Brown were first to report the story Monday night, and the Giants released a statement confirming the decision. The Giants attributed not inviting Huff to a series of sexist and vulgar social-media posts.
Earlier this month, we reached out to Aubrey Huff to let him know that he will not be included in the upcoming 2010 World Series Championship reunion, the Giants said in a statement sent to the Chronicle and the Athletic. Aubrey has made multiple comments on social media that are unacceptable and run counter to the values of our organization. While we appreciate the many contributions that Aubrey made to the 2010 championship season, we stand by our decision.
When reached by The Athletic for comment, Huff reportedly said he was "Quite frankly, shocked. Disappointed. If it wasnt for me, they wouldnt be having a reunion. But if they want to stick with their politically correct, progressive bullsh*t, thats fine."
Huff has often posted his conservative, pro-Trump views on Twitter in the years since retiring after the 2012 season. But he appeared to advocate the kidnapping of Iranian women in January when tensions flared with the country, tweeting, we can bring them back here as they fan us and feed us grapes, among other things."

I noticed that as well. Strange, but I suppose they are trying to frame their petty and mean actions in a positive way so they use positive language.
But lets not punish players or teams that cheat to win a World Series
They reached out and cancelled him.
Lets see if his former teammates come to his defense.
Another headline this morning reports leftists celebrating Ryan Newman’s crash at Daytona 500 because he’s a Trump supporter.
These people need a serious smackdown albeit a legal one,
Nothing illegal in following individuals and filming their true characters. A bit invasive but at least they will be made aware that they are doxxed and reported.
If Pelosi, if Schiff, etc. were to suffer an accident or wrongful smear, conservatives would not ‘celebrate’, they would not disinvite one of their supporters to snub them for their choice.
The difference in character between leftists and American conservatives could not be more clear. One side has nothing more than malice and ill-will, the other side suffers insults and frustration yet maintains their cool heads.
Yeah, The Giants will eagerly kiss ass of local politicians who are responsible for that mess
San Fransicko. Home of the Bowel Movement.
Get woke, go broke.
Bye Giants.

Maybe, but posting that we should kidnap women from another country and use them for “other things” (hint hint) is probably not a hill to die on.
The idea is to make THEM die in “a hail of gunfire.” Oh, and They’re coming for you next.
The Feces District
Well at least Huff won’t have to make the trip back to that sh*thole of a city. Good for him!
Whats next? Erase him from the 2010 team photo? Maybe sympathetice teammates who benefitted from his performance should skip this celebration.
I love his answer
I am getting sick and tired of how supporting Trump makes you a racist.
I demand that they tell me how he’s racist, and then I correct all their media promulgated lies.
The guy who gave Aubrey the news is the same a-hole who got famous for yelling at and pushing his wife to the ground in public.
Enjoy last place this season, losers.
Who, the Giants?
He probably forgot the TRUTH is the new HATE SPEECH, and is being punished.
Liberals are only for inclusiveness when you agree with them.
It’s debatable if the Astros benefited from the sign stealing, based on road/home records/batting averages/OBP/Slugging+OBP, etc.
However, losing 4 draft picks, firing your General Manager, and Head Coach/Manager, and paying $5,000,000 is a punishment.
Now, go look at the Dodgers, Braves, Rangers, Red Sox, White Sox, Cubs, Yankees, Mets, Nationals, and the rest of MLB and tell me they don’t bend the rules (or as you put it, cheat) just as much, or even more sophisticated.

You've got that right!
