Like a friend used to point out about winters in North Dakota, "It tends to clear out the riff raff". That and the fact that the local free university bus stops at Walmart and not in from of Aldi's makes a difference in the clientele, but there is a definite difference.
Don't know if the quarter deposit is universal for Aldi's, because this local one is the only one I have been to. My wife goes to Walmart at least once a week for groceries, and we do go to others sometimes. Totally different experiences, even with price variations. No one store seems to have the best price for everything we buy.

I believe Barr is a cleaner, a fixer and will not deal adequately with the corrupt DOJ. He was brought in to see that all the corrupt people were protected (like Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein) etc.

Barr was confirmed by the GOP Senate to protect the GOP from fallout from their roll in obama admin Spygate and the ongoing coup. We still don’t know McConnell’s roll as a Gang of 8 memeberj, Graham’s true roll in spreading the Steele haox, etc.
It is very instructive that the normally camera shy McConnell rushed to a Fox news interview a couple hours after Barr gave his ABC interview. He supported Barr and piled on POTUS. It was all obviously coordinated and designed to undermine POTUS as he got to the heart of the matter: GOPe top cover for the ongoing Deep State coup.
Whereas several other charges with which McCabe could be charged, occurred in DC and other locales and could be filed outside the district.

We all love Maria and in addition to what she does, there are few true investigative reporters that deserve respect, IMO. Of course there is Sharyl, Catherine Herridge, and I also include John Solomon & Sara Carter.
When you see Sara on Hannity, you have no idea what her personal story/challenges are, but I ran across one on her podcast that I think is well worth listening to (you might want to have a tissue handy). Sara’s husband Marty was in Eastern Afghanistan & almost lost his life to a grenade - he survived, but was blinded; however, a guide dog (and now a 2nd one - 1st is retired) has made life so much better & easier. Dogs like Kenny & Summit play a critical role in improving the lives of veterans bearing terrible damage from their service, both physical & mental. Each week a local talk show guy brings in a South Carolina House Chamber representative from Columbia, to talk about all the corruption/back deals/ tax grabs etc going on in SC.
Gowdy and Graham are 2 of the smoothest talkin’ lawyers out there. There must be a charm school somewhere here in SC( hidden in them there hills) where they teach smooth speech craft.
We have another one in the works.....William Richardson Timmons IV. He is the newly elected rep for South Carolina’s 4th congressional district. He’s already talking about gun confiscation.
