A Mexican man who was acquitted of killing a woman on a San Francisco pier in a case that became a national flashpoint was found incompetent to stand trial Friday on federal gun charges.

He really isn’t getting away with anything. Wherever he is being held they are trying to get him competent to stand trial, at which point he will be tried. They can actually hold him longer than he would be in custody if he was actually convicted, trying to get him competent to attend court. And custodial mental health facilities are not that much better than being in prison, except the guy raping him is insane.
Appeal it to the SCOTUS if you have to.
No Leftist judge should be able to shield this craven animal.

John Solomon tonight on Hannity addressed the “Justice” Dept. not prosecuting McCabe for admitted lying under oath and told Hannity that the reason was that the Grand Jurors in both DC and NYC would not agree that what McCabe did was worth trying him for.
In effect, Solomon told Hannity that the charges were dropped because there was no way in hell that a jury comprised of DC or NYC residents would ever agree to charge, never mind convict McCabe. So, to pursue that further was a waste of time and resources.
In essence, he made the point that DC and NYC Liberals would never agree to charge, never mind convict, anyone they view as their ideological brothers.
Oh he’s incompetent to stand trial I guess the woman he killed isn’t as dead as if he were competent. Just shoot him anyway.
They should put him up in a spare bedroom at the Governor’s mansion.

Was he able to kill his victim? Seems competent to me.
