Can anyone please tell me just WHAT is a “lying dog faced pony soldier”? I figure a pony soldier is a member of the mounted cavalry. But why would you call a girl that? And dog faced? Was the girl that ugly? It just seems like a bizarre string of words to attach together and then to say to a young woman. Biden is definitely losing it, and I don’t mean just the election.
No nominee of either party has been 5th in New Hampshire and 4th in Iowa. Going back to 1952, I don’s see a nominee of either party who didn’t come in at least 1st or 2nd in either Iowa or New Hampshire. e.g. Reagan came in 2nd to Bush in 1980 in Iowa but won New Hampshire and there were 6 candidates so full fields are not that unusual.
You can add the rank of the two primaries to get score and sense of how far Biden has fallen, e.g. in Iowa Biden finished 4th, and in New Hampshire 5th so Biden gets a 9.
No nominee of either party has ever had a rank of over 5 or 6. e.g. In Iowa, 1992 with an Iowa Dem Senator running, and sex scandals breaking Bill Clinton finished 3rd or 4th if you count uncommitted, but finished 2nd in New Hampshire so give him a score of 5/6 .
McCain came in a close 4th in Iowa in 2008 and won New Hampshire so a score of 5, these are the highest I have found and note they each came in either 1st or 2nd in one of the two.
Biden might defy history because the country has higher % “people of color” in other states but I don’t think so.

In the John Wayne movie, ‘She Wore a Yellow Ribbon’, 1949 movie directed by John Ford....there’s some moment in the movie where an Indian has responded to John Wayne, and says this epic quote.
My guess is that Biden has five or six close advisers, and half of them are 70 years old or more, and one of them got into a discussion about the movie, and Biden remembered the line.
there is no such quote in “she wore a yellow ribbon” or any other John Wayne movie, Dems spun this as a quote to cover for Biden. The closest line in She Wore a Yellow Ribbon is
a spoken line, a voice-over, in the John Wayne movie She Wore A Yellow Ribbon (1949) that uses the term “dog-faced soldiers”. but not as he used it.
Wow! It’s hard to believe he really said that. The man should have retired long ago.

It’s a funny mix. Doubly funny because they tried to stage a fake impeachment over quid pro Joe, and it blew up right in their faces, and now they’re first noticing that he’s incapable of campaigning. Duh.
