As reported earlier by Cristina Laila — according to the February 5th order issued by Judge Jackson, Roger Stone cited a problem with a juror, however his motion was denied.
The details of the juror are unknown because the order released Wednesday was redacted, however, Roger Stone’s defense team in November tried to strike down several potential jurors who were overt Trump-hating leftists.
Several potential jurors in Stone’s case ended up being Trump-hating, Obama-era officials who admittedly voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016 so Stone’s lawyer’s tried to strike them as potential jurors. But Amy Berman Jackson wouldn’t let that happen.
One of the potential jurors actually had a husband who worked in the DOJ and played a role in the Russian collusion hoax that ultimately took down Roger Stone — and Judge Jackson allowed her to remain as a potential juror!
One juror is a far left Beto O’Rourke donor who wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post following the verdict against Trump with his jury of far left peers.
And another juror was a Democrat candidate for office in Tennessee.
Judge needs to be suspended/disrobed immediately and charged with 18 CFR 242 crimes.

Roger Stone should request a mistrial on appeal based on judicial misconduct. Judge should be brought up on ethics violations for not excusing herself.

Screw ethics violations. This woman committed an extremely serious deprivation of rights under color of law felony and should be put in jail TODAY.

Providence should strike this heartless and evil agendanista judge and/or her family with their financial and personal lives being totally destroyed in the future.
18 CFR 242 crimes carry the possibility of a death sentence.
She will never be removed from office. Takes 67 votes. They aren’t there.
This judge is unfit and should be impeached.
My prediction is twofold:
1) The Democrats will use the DOJ’s sentence recommendation as Exhibit A for the next Trump abuse of power assault.
2) Partisan judge Amy Berman will ignore the DOJ’s reduced recommendation and stick it to Stone, and Trump will further enrage the Dems by pardoning Stone, or at least commuting his sentence.
So she’s just like every other juror in the jury pool in the Washington, DC area.
The Swamp will NEVER convict its own. The residents of a community that relies on Swampers to bring the cash in will NEVER convict them.
These trials need to be moved to Omaha or someplace if we ever expect to make any progress.
