Only is a stacked, gov’t hitjob, kangaroo court would such a person ever be seated as a juror never mind as the Lead Juror.
The Abuse of Power, ACTUAL abuse of power by the Deep State continues.
And, when the President points out the injustice of all of this, we get Little Linda Grahamnesty spouting off that the President should not comment on the injustice because the case is ongoing.
It has become obvious that Grahamnesty is either trying to play both sides for political reasons or, he’s a rudderless idiot. Of course, with a politician, both could be equally true.

Isn't Donna Brazille a Fox News employee? After the was caught giving out questions in what was supposed to be an impartial debate, to her partisans, she was still hired?

Just incredible that Fox News would still hire someone who is a know liar.

I believe his lawyers challenged the juror, but the Obama appointed hack judge refused to exclude jurors based on political bias.

IMHO, any judge who exhibits that kind of bias should be criminally liable. Why should a regular attorney be susceptible to a malpractice suit, or a physician, but not a judge? Arguably, the decisions and actions of a judge can be more important to the outcome of a person’s life than any other professional.

Judges should be held liable for their decisions, financially and professionally.

As an aside, can you imagine any other venue in society in which it is required for people to ‘all rise’ just because someone walks into the room? How does that remind judges of the humility they should have when deciding people’s fate?

“I believe his lawyers challenged the juror, but the Obama appointed hack judge refused to exclude jurors based on political bias.”

This behavior by the judge should be prosecutable.

Any appeals by Stone have to go through the DC Circuit, which is packed with Rats. Only 2 Trump appointments and 1 from each Bush, out of 11. The DC Circuit is critical to the corrupt left, and even with 5 more years, Trump will not flip it.

It is difficult to imagine that a Judge would not strike a juror with an obvious political bias like that in a politically charged case.

That would qualify as something an appeals court would certainly consider on appeal. Wow.

A beloved Fox News employee.

Joined at the hip with Dana Perino. They dine out together.

#33. You don’t know the moral, ethical and political corruption of Democrat judges in the DC court system from D.C. courts to Court of Appeals. Almost no conservative can get a fair trial under them. That is why so many of them have been reversed on higher court appeals.

Trump needs to pardon Stone.

He may not have to. Grounds for mistrial.

"In my many years, I have come to the conclusion that one useless man is a shame. Two is a law firm."

I like the quip that if there is one lawyer in a town, he starves; but if there are two lawyers in a town, they both get rich. :-) (Full disclosure: I am a lawyer, but not of the litigation variety.)
