BS. The federal government could put restrictions on companies firing US employees in order to replace them by low-paid foreign workers. Trump hasn’t pushed this issue at all. Laura Ingraham called him on it when she interviewed him last month on Fox New Channel. He just mumbled in response, and actually mouthed cheap-labor-express talking points.
I voted for Trump enthusiastically, but if he’s not pushing America First for US tech grads - which he’s not - I am going to call him on it.

One of the bizarre things that we had here in NJ (the most Indians per capita of any state) is that they vote Dem in most elections, but supported Chris Christie in his re-election.
Trump pandering to the Indian vote is getting really nauseating. Particularly because Indian workers on H-1B visas and cpt’s are destroying the wages of American Tech workers by the hundreds of thousands. And the Indian government is funding a multimillion-dollar lobbying campaign to buy off traitors like Mike Lee, to push through the disastrous s386 bill. I really hope after he is re-elected that Trump turns around and slashes h-1bs and terminates the entire CPT program. If he does not then he is not America First.
Part of the reason the don’t embrace the vision of the founders when they come here is do to the fact now its indifferently taught at the K12 level.
The other reason is exactly how you state it. They were sold that idea in the past by the Rats and the GOP did little to refute it. Trump is changing that, maybe.

This well-meaning woman was a slow learner. But, at least she learned.
Although, her learning came at the expense of her fellow citizens affected by the policies she advocated for.
