We’ve discussed on other threads having non perishables delivered and simply keeping the box in the garage or some other protected space for 10d-14d. YMMV of course. But keep your distance from the delivery person!

So order nonperishables now.

Eat what you store, store what you eat.

Walmart.com has a pretty good price on the great value almond flour.

Good idea. Looked it up too:

“Unopened almond flour lasts for 2-4 months in the pantry, 6-12 months in the fridge and 12-24 months in the freezer after its official expiry date.”

I keep mine in my standup freezer, on the door. With my coconut flour, my psyllium husk and my ground flaxseeds.

Nice - I’m about to get another chest freezer. First, I think that I don’t really need it now, and there won’t be runs on them, for a long time.

...then I remember that many of our supply lines from China are already cut, so better get them now, while still available!

Not a bad idea at all.

I am going to order coconut flour, flaxseed and psyllium husk. Pretty sure the latter comes from India and most coconut stuff comes from Thailand/Indonesia/Malaysia.

Hahahaha! Suuuure. Has he ever tried keeping cats who are used to being outside inside? How about keeping a 100 lb dog inside and letting him poop and pee all over the house for 14-21 days?

Snort, if you have to go to the hospital and your pets have been kept inside with you WHO THE HECK does he think will want to come in your house to care for them?

Cool. All those college profs who wanted to wipe 90% of the world’s population out just got their wish. Yippee!

Wonder which one made this virus?

Another carb avoider here, and I keep my eating within a 4 to 5 hour window.

I love not having carb cravings.

Ya, I’ve got a huge sweet tooth. If I’m eating carbs, they’re usually sugar ones. I eat treats with swerve, every once in a while, but nowhere near as often as I did before I cut carbs.
