Virginia used to be more red but the blue cancer leeching out of DC and colonizing the surrounding areas in the Northern part of our state has ruined our state. The cancer in the DC area is what tips the balance to make us blue these days. And sadly I think the cancer is terminal. Oh why did that sh*thole DC have to be touching our state? Why couldn’t it be in a place like New York which is already a toxic waste dump of leftism? :’-(

You listening BroJoeK? I've been telling you that it is the corruption and arrogance of Washington DC and it's New York plutocrats which are behind this destruction of society.

Don’t feel bad the cancer has infected my state of CA. BEYOND the point of no return also!!! Both of our houses are solidly in Dem hands governor is a TOTAL LOSER, our turning blue is SOLELY due to illegal immigration AND they are voting in droves with NO ONE doing a damn thing about it!! They are now given drivers licenses AND registered to vote right at the DMV!!! We NOW have legal vote harvesting SO if you are registered and did not vote they come and basically force you to vote!! Our side has not done this OF COURSE RNC needs to get off their ass and play this game also!!!

I hope so. Maryland is doing the same insanity. They have one bill that redefines and outlaws possession of virtually any long gun that they define as a Assault Long Gun (anothere new term)

My family has already decided we won’t be playing along.

I should clarify. Citizens will need to re-register at a cost of $290 per gun. If you hold off, it rises to $500 then $1000.

These people are just sick

“ Prohibiting sale, transport, etc., of assault firearms, certain firearm magazines, silencers, and trigger activators; penalties. Expands the definition of “assault firearm” and prohibits any person from importing, selling, transferring, manufacturing, purchasing, possessing, or transporting an assault firearm. A violation is a Class 6 felony. The bill prohibits a dealer from selling, renting, trading, or transferring from his inventory an assault firearm to any person. The bill also prohibits a person from carrying a shotgun with a magazine that will hold more than seven rounds of the longest ammunition for which it is chambered in a public place; under existing law, this prohibition applies only in certain localities. The bill makes it a Class 6 felony to import, sell, transfer, manufacture, purchase, possess, or transport large-capacity firearm magazines, silencers, and trigger activators, all defined in the bill. ”

So, I’m going to be a felon, not for anything I did, but for what others did to me.

My brother and his wife left Germantown, MD about 10 years ago and moved to Kentucky near us.

His wife said she just wanted to be able to go to the store and see some Americans *speaking English*.

McDonald v. Chicago, 561 U. S. 742 (2010).

McDonald v. City of Chicago, case in which on June 28, 2010, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled (5–4) that the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,” applies to state and local governments as well as to the federal government.

District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U. S. 570 (2008)

It is settled that the Second Amendment protects an
individual right to keep and bear arms that applies
against both the Federal Government and the States.

If Heller tells us anything, it is that firearms cannot be
categorically prohibited just because they are dangerous.

Just as the First Amendment protects modern forms of communications, and the Fourth Amendment applies to modern forms of search, the Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding.

Heller defined the “Arms” covered by the Second Amendment to include “‘any thing that a man wears for his defence, or takes into his hands, or useth in wrath to cast at or strike another.’”

Has either case helped the gun owners of CA, MA, CT, HI or soon to be VA from illegal infringements?

"Time for the supreme court to slap this down HARD!"

Yes. But it might be difficult if the wrong candidate is chosen for the next appointment. An example would be a very popular one (on the abortion issue) who wrote an opinion in favor of Second Amendment rights for convicts but supported state and local assault rifle bans with the most insidious of language.

Another pick like Kavanaugh would be very wise. He wrote an opinion against an assault rifle ban.

The argument was that the SCOTUS had avoided rulings on these gun laws.

I only showed where that statement was wrong.

I can’t help what the people of the individual states do when they ignore the laws that have been granted in their favor.

That is an indication of either: Constitutional law ignorance, or Just not caring!

Or, it could be that they ‘believe’ that Their ruling government is a higher authority!
(Which would also come under Constitutional Ignorance!)

I would say at least one count of attempted murder (or multiple attempts); use of truck as as a deadly weapon, assault with attempt to maim or kill; driving charges re license, insurance, etc..
Don’t go the insanity root. He’ll only walk after a few months and then kill someone else.

Put this freak away for 10-20 years, no parole. Then execute him just to be sure he doesn’t try again. And I’m not sarking. He’s a danger to society as long as he lives.

Ignore this post re the Red DEMOCRATS IN THE STATE HOUSE article. It was meant for another article but the connection didn’t work.

It dealt with the psycho who attempted to kill Trump campaign supporters in a tent in Jacksonville, Fla.

This must be stopped in the state Senate or the madness will lead to a vast resistance movement and the prospect of many sanctuary counties resisting Richmond to the point of directly opposing the State Police.
