My wife used to work as a costume designer for professional theater, so I was surprised when she said last night she wanted to watch anything but the Oscars.

We ended up catching up on the past few weeks before of Gold Rush. Parker Schnabel is having a really good season, and Tony Beets is having a rough year.

You don’t need to sit through the whole thing. You can find out what happened online - or from other humans who did watch. And if anything interesting did happen you can watch it on YouTube.

The last movie I saw at a theatre was “Miracle” about the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team. Research shows that was in 2004.

I did not tune in to watch. Why should I spend my valuable time to watch hollywood nitwits insult me, insult my values and beliefs, insult this country.

Moreover, their movies suck, they have no good stories, no creativity. All they have is propaganda. Let them pat themselves on the back all they want, I will not spend my money or time on bad products.

I have no respect for any of them. The men are pedos, homos and other weirdos. The scantily clad women are used up by the likes of Harv Weinstein (sp?)

Even most of those who were alleged to be “tuning in” probably weren’t watching it. They were probably run of the mill Slobovian single parents allowing their poor, illegitimate children to watch it.

Exactly what I thought. Why would anyone tune in to watch the Oscars?

Honestly didn’t know it was on. I actually saw 2 movies last year, which is 2 more than in the several years previous. We saw “Breakthrough” and “Overcomer”. Both were well worth watching, but I’ll bet they didn’t win any awards.

Re “No One Cares”. I’ve been one of them for decades.

The last Oscar I saw was King Oscar on a can of Danish or Norwegian sardines.

The Left has destroyed Hollywood, again, and now they are paying for it but not enough. They still get insulting salaries for acting. The doctors who saved my life, twice, should be getting that kind of money instead of these leftist, egotistical, preening wackos.

So, ....is Mr. Phoenix going to open a homeless shelter for cows in his back yard?
Or not? What is his action plan, abort the calves?
He cares, ..........right?

Kind of like the Newseum Temple in Washington DC, where journalists went to solemnly worship themselves.
It closed last month because no one could afford the expensive sacrifices that had to be made at the vestibule to enter the Holey of Holeys.

Love it when these flawed things flop.

Kobe’s victim... “There were bruises on the woman’s neck (she was just 19) and an apology from Bryant.” The details of the settlement are still not public.

I had been telling everyone to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood but now I just don’t mention it at all. People out here in the hinterlands do ask each other, “Did you see this movie or that movie, do you recommend it, etc” So now I just don’t mention that one. DeNiro’s movie, I had waited for years to see it. It has been in the works literally for years. Now I won’t see that one.

Knives Out was interesting but difficult to follow.

We do love Coen Bros movies

The gowns are all just stupid. They either cover almost nothing or they have enough flouncy fabric to make a couple of circus tents.

We actually didn’t know Oscars was on tv. LOL happy we missed it. We probably were doing something FUN & INTERESTING!

Not the brightest star in the sky!

I think it is so popular, and easy, to ACT like they really care! But to put their words into action, that is just Too Hard! LOL
