I concur, absolutely. We are in uncharted territory that even the Founding Fathers, in all their wisdom, could not have foreseen.
On several FR threads, I have expressed my opinion that Trump will end up having to use “extra-Constitutional methods” to remove the cancer. I have been castigated by some FReepers for this, but I still stand behind this view.
This doesn’t mean I like it. But how can our slow-moving justice system cope with hardcore Marxists who will surely riot once Trump wins his second term? Especially since most of the rioting will take place in blue cities like Portland, where the local administration openly coddles the likes of Antifa.
And after the initial outburst of lawlessness, what then? Continued acts of domestic terrorism, amounting to a low-level civil war?
Trump had better be prepared to come down hard on these evildoers — and very quickly, starting the day after the election.
Much like Lincoln, Trump will likely have to suspend habeas corpus. And I suspect the Posse Comitatus Act will have to be shelved as well, at least until some degree of sanity returns to our politics.
But that may be a long wait.

That's true, but he "evolved" on a lot of things, and with the MSM's help, got the habitual Democrats to follow him. If he were running today, he'd say he was more reasonable, but that the proponents of the above idiocies had their reasons, and that we should listen to them.
Once elected, he'd steer the ship as hard left as he could, and he'd have a more uncertain country to mess up than he did in 2008.
Well, he, like all Democrats running for office, certainly thinks the government needs to pay for abortions. The fact is, he obviously believes, like all Democrats, that every live birth is a cosmic failure.
