As long as hat they do or say involves and infidel[ you and I along with everyone else that is not a muslim] in a word, yes. anything goes. What is not being said is the poor child is or has already been surgically mutilated, a/k/a, female circumcision or female genital mutilation. In closing, the Democrat Party and its kissing cousins, Bernie’s disciples along with the Country Club Republicans, read Mitt Romney want to and will, if given the opportunity, flood the Nation with animals such as this.

Sick enough to fly air Epstein, sick enough to do this.

It’s a shame people like the Clintons had to come along and defile the nation as they have.

Scott Adams, author of Dilbert, had a chapter about this in one of his books.

Mentioning item A (particularly if considered 'religious') in proximity to common/profane item B (even if drawing no link between them) is considered as disrespectful.

It's the way liberals use word-association and feelings-association to attack conservatives. Like the "Rayciss" hue-and-cry against Rush Limbaugh.

The problem with your prancing pronouncement, is that this thread was EXPLICITLY about, not just child rape; but child rape (statutory), specifically by a religion; and not just by a religion, but RECOMMENDED on the advice/example of the founder of that religion.

By mentioning rape in the Bible, (since the Bible is also explicitly related to the tenets of a religion) you were either

a) trivializing the statutory rape in Islam

or

b) wrenching your own shoulder out of its socket by patting yourself on the back over "oh-how-CLEVER-I-am" by mentioning rape and the Bible *IN THIS THREAD*, while pretending it drew no association due to context.

Full Disclosure: since you're just so *enlightened*, go over to Islamabad or Tehran...or London. And try the same stunt on the Muslims. Or are you just an autofellatory coward?

Man, I’m not getting into any arguments here about Religion. Someone posts catholic stuff and as a LUTHERAN, we do not agree with catholic teachings at all. We believe in ONLY the TRIUNE GOD. Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. We do not pray to anyone else, including mary. But there is a catholic who posts on FR, which is current news and politics, not religion, who will jump on you and report you if you disagree with anything she posts. Angry gal! Anger is not a Christian trait.

My daughter, my sister, or my granddaughters! I pity the fool who forces any of them into marriage at 14.

It’s sad that Christianity has been (intentionally) misinterpreted as a weak, passive religion of surrender.

Jesus was loving, kind, and forgiving, but often the most loving response and the kindest is to take a firm hand to defend children or to correct misbehavior. Then, after that correction, forgive the transgressor if he goes and sins no more.

The Jesus driving the money changers from the temple was not a sissy, and He had no sympathy for those who compel children to sin.

The Jesus who said “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to God the things that are God’s,” was giving a very strong response if you consider how much of your life is God’s and how little is properly the domain of the current government (whether the Caesar of 30 AD, or a less competent tyrant - like Bernie or Bloomie if either of them seizes power).

Christians are supposed to turn the other cheek to minor indiscretions. We are also supposed to sell our cloaks and buy a sword if we do not already have that sword. [By implication, we are supposed to use that sword when necessary, and defending our children in Pakistan or defending our Constitution and our children in the United States both count as necessary.]

I consider myself a devout Christian, and that carries duties that are a central motivator for defending the weak and the innocent against evil. The Bible tells us that we have responsibilities in that domain.
